Job Description:

• Strong experience in Admin Activities with Big Data, Hadoop.
• Support can include monitoring, root cause analysis and repairs.
• Must work with other programmers, designers, architects and other IT teams to ensure delivered software meets requirements and performance goals.
• Ability to recognize and implement opportunities for improvement with existing processes.
• Assist in testing, training, and preparation for operations.
• Ability to code and script.
• Experience with infrastructure and platform systems and IT operations.
• Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.

Data management skills:

• Prepare necessary documentation for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment.
• Exceptional trouble-shooting skills and ability to research analyse and provide solutions for complex programming and technical issues.
• Experience working with the vendors.
• Experience with Certificate management and upgrades.
• Experience with GCP platform.
• Experience with Service Now Ticketing tool.
• Experience with Dynatrace Monitoring and Alerting tool.
• Experience with Health care domain is a plus.
• Experience with CICD Pipeline set up and execution.
