Job description

As a leading market player in deliveringsuperior workforce and recruitment solutions in the energy sector of Lagos,Nigeria. We are looking to hire an experienced Sales & RecruitmentConsultant to lead our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare bids according to tender's requirements

Perform an initial review of the tender documents toestablish the scope of work the Tender schedule and clarify any items that areunclear

Understand document management, NIPEX, NCDMB, NAPIMS, DPRand other statutory documentation

Determine the physical format for tenders includinglayout, number of copies, special requirements and deliverables

Tender accuracy and completeness to make sure all biddocuments required for submittal are prepared and signed by the authorizedpersonnel.

To co-ordinate, manage and support Bids and Tender (RFQRFI) submissions.

Review final documents for quality control and proof readfor accuracy and compliance.

Maintain accurate records and file manual & electroniccopies of all the tender data i.e. correspondence quotations internal inputetc.

Keep up to date documentation of all tender returnable.

Update the tender register.



Requirements

A first degree in Engineering

Minimum Experience 1-2 years relevant experience

Project Management certification

Experience in the oil & gas industry
