Bi-Lingual (Spanish/ English) Loan Consultant- Hard Money Lending

DKC Lending is a market-leading Hard Money lender in Florida, specializing in customized private capital loans to real estate investors. We are seeking talented and dynamic Loan Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels in client relations and is passionate about the real estate lending industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities.
• Provide expert consultation on Hard Money loan products and services.
• Originate loans by assisting clients navigate the loan origination process.
• Work with clients to structure loans that meet their investment needs.
• Ensure all loan processes comply with underwriting and closing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep abreast of market trends and real estate developments in Florida.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and business goals.
• Utilize your sales and business development skills to engage clientele effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven real estate sales experience, ideally in Hard Money Lending.
• Strong understanding of the Hard Money Lending industry and real estate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, or real estate.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Technologically proficient, familiar with CRM databases and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $250,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Payment frequency:

• 1099 contract
