Bi- Lingual Office Administration Position
We're a Paint, Drywall, and Trim specialist currently seeking someone with strong Data Entry and Communication Skills to assist in the Purchasing/ Administrative Department. Our Ideal hire brings relevant skills, a can-do attitude, and team spirit. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Enter Invoices in Accounting Software
- Verify color and project selections with clients
- Update Vendor Files
- Prepare Bank Deposits
- Organize warranty appointments with clients
- Maintain and Create some paper files
- Enter timecard data/ subcontractor payroll
- Process mail
- Place Paint/ Drywall orders as needed
- Periodically inventory office supplies for reorder
- Answer phones and serve as a client facing contact
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline & detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Office Administration a plus
We will train an applicant with the desired job skills. This is a good entry-level Office Administration Position.
