Job Description: Performs assessments, case management, and treatment planning/monitoring for day and residential clients. Performs, coordinates, and monitors the assessment, treatment planning process, and follow up for each client. Maintain financial records and supervision for residential clients. Ensure clients receive needed medical care/appointments and follow up. Provides social support needed to cope with developmental disabilities.
Job Responsibilities: Will work Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.
Competencies: Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Must be 21 years old to applyBachelor's degree in helping field with DDP. One-year applicable experience preferred. Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
