Beverly: Flexible Nanny/Household Manager Needed For Two Children

Hello Caregivers!

We have a new exciting position open in Beverly! A family of four is seeking a Nanny/Household Manager to be a part of their team. We are looking for flexible candidates that enjoy the mix up of childcare with other family assistance tasks like running errands, organizing, meal prep, and light tidying. The Two Children attend school, so childcare will be needed outside of school hours. Someone that will be available to take on MORE hours per week during school vacations or other days off from school is preferred. Ideal candidates are reliable, warm, patient, loving, and flexible! We would love to hear about all your creative ideas to keep preschoolers and early elementary aged children busy, engaged, learning, and having fun!
Charges: Boy, 3 years & Girl, 6 years

Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00-5:30 with one or two days per week extending until 7:30 PM (some flexibility here!)

**Candidates that want more hours when children are off from school are highly preferred.**

Rate: $30/hour

Benefits: Will negotiate PTO for the right fit!

Job description:

• Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children
• Lots of play, age appropriate activities, and general engagement!
• Tidying up after children and work day
• Bathing and dressing
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Indoor and outdoor play and walks
• Facilitating age appropriate developmental activities- singing, reading, crafts etc.
• Taking the children to and from activities
• Completing household management tasks during hours that the children are attending school, including but not limited to: Laundry help, dishwasher, wiping surfaces, tidying up, organizational tasks, running errands, possible meal prep

Requirements:

• Warm, patient, loving demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Active, energetic, LOVES YOUNG CHILDREN!
• Organized, motivated and task-driven
• Non-smokers only, please.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clear driving record
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Comfortable with dogs in the home (one well behaved labradoodle that does not require care)
• Cheery and Helpful Disposition
• Background Check (provided by agency)
• Driving Record (provided by agency)
• Takes good direction on parenting style and family's routine, then requires minimal to no oversight.
