Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in the kitchen
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
- Assist with banquet and catering events by setting up tables, chairs, and other equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company guidelines
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to help out in various areas of food service as needed
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
