Job Description
Ohio Citrus Juice is seeking a qualified candidate looking to grow an already established sales route. This position will be accountable for ensuring that sales goals are met by strategically increasing sales volume through sustainable growth. This position involves a great deal of time building relationships and educating accounts with our products in order to build strong partnerships.
This position provides an interesting and varied work week, as the winning candidate visits customers on their route to ensure our products are organized and attractively displayed on their shelves. They then work with each client to order the ideal selection of product for that week, informing them of new items and promotions from which, they may benefit.
Ohio Citrus Juice is an established business that has been in the Columbus area since 1994. we currently distribute brands like Everfresh, Clearfruit, Calypso, Tropical Fantasy and Arizona.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Merchandising store shelving, coolers, and displays in convenience stores
- Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction
- Identify incremental sales opportunities and provide feedback on competitor activities
- Cover routes and provide sales and merchandising services to ensure proper order procedures
- Add value to all accounts by offering effective support and by keeping accounts informed about upcoming products within the company
Ideal candidates will:
- Enjoy spending time out and about instead of sitting at a desk
- Be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Be driven and hard-working
- Be detail oriented
- Keep and maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is required

This position provides:

Pay is commission-based, paid weekly. This route earned commission around $45k-$47k each of the last 2 years.
