Position: Account Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
· Plan and execute your daily schedule of calls for the assigned on-premise sales route.
· Find new business by identifying significant draft/package distribution opportunities and creatively identifying methods to meet, gain appointments and present opportunities in a timely fashion to buyers.
· Build strong relationships with customer base
· Effectively execute on monthly goals to increase market share, space allocation and customer service.
· Ensure maximum brand visibility and marketability within accounts by utilizing current POS materials when appropriate.
· Educate account staff on priority brands by administering training.
· Communicate and follow through on issues deemed important to management, our customers, and suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 2 years of sales experience. Experience with beer, wine, or other beverages is strongly preferred.
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
· Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
· Self-driven to work independently as needed, or collaboratively within a team environment.
· Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in accordance with State laws.

· Conscientious: you are organized, task driven, comfortable following direction and adhering to a specific schedule
· Initiative: our account managers often describe their routes as their business. You have a deep understanding of your role within the sales team and you constantly strive to achieve and exceed sales growth targets

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
