Seasonal Position for our Golf Course from April to November
Job Description summary:
Responsible for providing food and beverage service to all customers on the course in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide exceptional service to all guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for our guests.
- Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
- Accurately accounts for all revenue related to the sale or service of food and beverage products on the course.
- Monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.
- Ensure proper stock of product and supplies on cart needed for service.
- Maneuver Beverage Cart around course following proper golf course etiquette.
- Maintain clean and organized Beverage Cart.
- Follow all Safety Guidelines.
- All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
