Beverage Cart Attendant

· Responsible for Beverage Cart set up, and breakdown procedures. Ensuring that the cart is fully stocked prior to shift beginning.

· Responsible for inventory of all items on their cart, counting inventory before they go out on the course and then again when they come in at the end of their shift.

· Maintains cleanliness, neat appearance, and sanitation of the cart. Cleans cart daily after each use.

· Operates Beverage cart in a safe and cautious manner.

· Ensures that the cart is operating properly, and reports any issues to manager.

· Must follow all golf course policies and procedures.

· Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest, maintain effective guest relations.

· Being knowledgeable of all beverages on the cart and proficient at making recommendations to guests and upselling when appropriate to call and premium brands.

· Responsible for taking guests beverage orders and preparing cocktails accurately, quickly, and without any waste.

· Maintains a clean and neat appearance, visible tattoo’s must be covered, and no facial piercings.

· Responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not sold or consumed by guests under 21.

· Responsible for getting bank bag and counting it before shift and after shift.

· Responsible for taking payments and making sure payment is accurate, and records all monetary transactions.

· Responsible for ringing in all items sold into IBS, to include all cash, credit card, hotel charges and member transactions.

· Responsible for taking out all the trash in the cart barn and or beer room before they leave.

· Responsible for entering tips, Z’ing out, and turning in all paperwork before they leave.

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
