Title: Benefits Specialist
Pay: $24.00/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Part Time – 25-30 hours a week.
Location: Work From Home - Remote

What you will do:
Support thirteen (13) programs for government jobs benefits enrollment and questions.
Make calls and speak with program members to support their enrollment into benefits.
Answer questions for program members and assist with understanding of eligibility.
Track details on an Excel spreadsheet.
Use ADP for looking up eligibility and program member data.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Knowledge of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and EAP is required and must be demonstrated on your resume for consideration.
Familiar with ADP is a plus.
General skills with Excel is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
