Responsibilities:

• Set personal sales and business development targets.

• Identify prospective customers and new target segments.

Skills:

• While experience is beneficial, strong communication skills are essential.
• Initial in-depth knowledge is not mandatory, but a thirst for learning is vital.

• 1st Year Agent Average $75K+ (Top agents $150K+ in their first year)
• 2nd Year Agent $100K + Residual (Top agents $275K + Residual)
• Unlimited income potential and professional growth opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year* (compensation may vary)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

Reliable commuting or planning to relocate to West Palm Beach, FL before starting work is required.
