Locker Taylor provides union benefits and community outreach programs to police officers, firefighters, teachers, licensed professionals, and working-class families. We are currently expanding RAPIDLY and hiring qualified candidates into a Benefits Representative position.

Here at the Locker Taylor Organization, prior experience is not a requirement. Our focus is to develop representatives who are not only successful, but excited about helping others. Responsibilities:

• Identify the needs of your clients by speaking with them over the phone and online, and qualify them for the proper products offered by us.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
• Be willing to be coachable, and work as part of a team.
