Job description

This position reports to the Assistant Corporate Benefits & Systems Supervisor and is an exempt position.  Principle areas of responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:

Drug Testing - Oversee the daily administration and compliance of DOT and Non-DOT drug testing programs and monitor the locations for compliance. This includes completing the Designated Employer Representative (DER) training as the Company DER, having the discretion to advise and implement a course of corrective action for compliance. Responsible for keeping all training materials current. This position is required to stay fully trained on DOT and Non-DOT collection procedures to be able to perform training, auditing, and actual collections as needed by the locations.  Responsible for compiling and preparing all quarterly Drug Screen Board Reports. Assist Corporate Benefits Manager in the administration of the Come Forward/Last Chance Agreements.

Insurance Programs - Oversee and coordinate HIPAA training compliance for Benefits personnel and other employees, as needed.  Respond to all government surveys, Medicare and Medicaid Secondary Payor communications.  Serve as a backup for the Court Order process.  Annually, review and initiate changes to the Benefits Procedures Manuals and Benefits Orientation Booklets/Videos, and train location staff, as needed.

Corporate Forms/Sharepoint - Responsible for creating and maintaining all Corporate forms and posting to Sharepoint.  Review Sharepoint quarterly for accuracy of all Corporate documents.  Update Benefits Self Service Brochures as needed. 

On-Site and Off-Site Health Clinics - Assist the Benefits Manager with maintaining and coordinating Mountaire Health & Wellness Center and off-site clinic communications, maintain the On and Off--Site Clinic Procedures Document; assist with creating Wellness videos and Posters communications; assist Maintain updated contact information for all clinics. 

Relief Support - Assist with front desk lunch relief, vacation relief and sick day relief. 

General/Human Resources - Coordinate and give final approval on all translations for videos and written materials. Maintain various departmental online files for policies and procedures.  Assist with coordinating new hire training to the BenefitsDepartments on all Benefits policies and procedures.  Assist with Corporate new hire paperwork and Benefit orientations.
