The Benefits Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively with the Producer and Account Management teams managing a book of business. This position is the perfect role for an ambitious individual looking to expand their career.

What we need from you:

• Experienced - You have 1+ years of benefits experience
  
• Account Experience - You have small group experience (under 100 lives)
  
• Software - Proficient with Ease systems.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  
• Licensed - You have your active Life & Health license

Your Responsibilities:

• Manages claims and coverage issues for clients
  
• Assist with client billing and audits
  
• Manages client reports, renewal, marketing, open enrollment, and special projects
  
• Collaborate with Marketing Department
  
• Conducts benefits webinars and presentations for clients and employees
