Here's how you'll make a daily impact:

• Benefits Guardian: Partner with the team to review payroll files and guarantee accurate benefit deductions.

• Process Powerhouse: Support program and process documentation for global benefits (insurance, perks, pensions).

• Sharp Detective: Analyze current processes, attending meetings and reviewing employee communications.

• Clarity Crusader: Effectively document and communicate any discrepancies in program functionality.

• Resolution Rockstar: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to fix issues and ensure a seamless employee experience.

• Data Defender: Audit and track benefit eligibility reporting, ensuring vendor accuracy and compliance.

• Integration Ace: Partner with People Operations to integrate benefits content into employee lifecycle materials.

• Employee Advocate: Triage escalated employee cases and provide exceptional support.

Do you have the right stuff?

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR consulting, or a similar field.

• Tech-Savvy Ally: Experience working with enterprise HR systems is a plus.

• Global Champion: Exposure to supporting a diverse workforce (international experience a perk!).

• Master Juggler: You excel at prioritizing multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Cool Under Pressure: You can manage deadlines, navigate complexities, and stay organized.

• Communication Connoisseur: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are a must.

• Self-Starter with Integrity: You're highly organized, reliable, and a natural go-getter.

Note:

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates in/near/around San Francisco, CA.

Pay Details: $47.58 per hour
