Job Description:
Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with OHG policies and procedures. Responsible for assisting Guest Services Manager and Director of Front Services with overall operation of the Bell Department. Also assists with loading and unloading guest's baggage and delivering them to respective rooms, arranging ground transportation, providing information to guests, delivering amenities and picking-up and delivering laundry.
Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
