Job Duties
- Provide information about hotel services, rooms, and amenities.
- Answer general visitor inquiries and provide useful information on local events and recommendations.
- Deliver the brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service.
- Meet and greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out process.
- Ensure strict control of room keys.
- Provide information about hotel services, rooms, and amenities.
- Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks at our Placery Café and Gallery Bar
- Answer general visitor inquiries and provide useful information on local events and recommendations.
- Escort guests and their luggage to and from their rooms, ensuring guests are comfortable with their accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.
- Work closely with all departments in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Essential Experience/Aptitudes:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- A minimum two years’ experience in a customer/guest service and/or public contact related job is desired.
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be computer literate with a knowledge of Word and Excel.

Essential Physical Abilities:
- Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, such as reaching, bending, and stooping.
- Remain in stationary position for a maximum eight hours (excluding meal and rest breaks).
- Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 50 lbs.; and lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes, and luggage.
- Periodically required to work at a very fast pace, under pressure.
