Behavioral Specialist

Join The Moore Center\u2019s Clinical Services team with this unique opportunity!

We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Specialist to provide support, training and consultation to teams serving clients with significant behavioral challenges.  Document supports through functional assessments, behavior plans, data tracking, and invoicing.

Qualifications:

·       Master\u2019s degree preferred

·       Minimum of three years of behavioral services experience

·       Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) also preferred

Responsibilities include:

·       Provide behavioral and systemic consultations to teams serving challenging clients

·       Formulate and author comprehensive behavior plans based on functional assessment

·       Engage in multi modal training for individuals implementing plans and otherwise supporting clients served through The Moore Center (TMC)

·       Engage in activities required to track and bill for consulting hours

·       Complete specialty services billing activities as needed

·       Provide training related to behavioral programming, modalities and methods to diverse support systems

·       Participate in overall planning and implementation of Clinical Department and TMC mission

·       Develop data collection and tracking systems for staff and families

·       Perform ongoing observation for oversight of target behavior decrease and increase of replacement behaviors

·       Gauge efficacy of behavior plan and revise accordingly
