Behavioral Health Provider

Permanent, Full-time / Part-time positions in Portland, OR

We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team as a Behavioral Health Provider. In this role, you will be part of our primary care treatment team, identifying and managing patients with medical and Behavioral Health needs. You will provide assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination services to support our patients' overall health and well-being.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
• Minimum 2 years experience as a counselor, mental health professional, social worker, or therapist
• Active license as a Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist in Oregon
• Clear criminal background check and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-master's training in primary care Behavioral Health
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience responding effectively to crisis situations
• Knowledge of local Behavioral Health system and community resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
