Inova Health Systems is looking for highly skilled Nurses to support our IFMC Float Pool in the Behavioral Health sector

As a Behavioral Health RN you will support Inova Health System's Inpatient Behavioral Health Units, Pediatric and Adult Emergency Room It is necessary to have well developed skills and talents to be fully functional on any unit within a professional cluster with minimal orientation and supervision. Adaptability, flexibility, the appeal of experiencing new environments and teams are defining characteristics. All these factors combined with excellent organizational and service skills summarize the quintessential Float pool nurse.

Requirements:
- Two years Behavioral Health nursing experience required
- BSN or MSN. If Associates Degree RN, within 6 months of start date,
- BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required (AHA) American Heart Association
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
- ACLS and NIHSS (or obtained within 4 weeks of start date)
- Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
