Role Overview:

We're seeking passionate Behavioral Health Clinicians to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in transforming lives, working with a varied clientele in both residential and outpatient settings. Your primary focus will be delivering compassionate and supportive care to individuals facing mental health or substance use issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate in creating individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Coordinate with external resources for holistic care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Openness to working in a community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 - $85,000, based on licensure and experience.
• Temporary Staff Housing: SeaView can provide temporary staff housing for individual staff members only which includes all utilities for a modest payroll deduction. No pets are allowed.
• Clinical Licensure Supervision: Provided for free, a significant value for those working towards post-master's clinical licenses.
