SalaryResponsible for providing personal care services to patients at our outpatient facility under the direction of program leadership. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists with client AMA or other crisis intervention.
- Alerts program staff to client difficulties or concerns.
- Provides therapeutic listening and guidance with clients as required.
- Maintains appropriate verbal responses with client population.
- Exhibits initiative in doing job duties without needing constant prompting by supervisors.
- Client transportation to appointments and outside meetings and outings.
- Conducts groups including morning and afternoon check in.
- Assists staff with ordering meals for the program daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
