Shodair is searching for a Behavioral Coach to join our amazing School Based Services team! Behavioral Coaches provide direct care, supervision, monitoring, and interaction to students in a school-based setting. They use student diagnosis/problems/needs and an interdisciplinary treatment plan to guide intervention and care for each child in an individualized manner. They also serve as a role model to teach classroom skills, manners, safe ways to express feelings, appropriate behavior, and social skills.
Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION and LICENSURE
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least two years of experience working with emotionally disturbed youth; providing direct services in a human services field; or post-secondary education in human services.
