SalaryHomes for Independent Living (HIL) is looking for Caregivers to assist our clients with behavioral challenges on 2nd Shift. You will provide direct care for adults with disabilities and behavioral challenges through individual or behavioral service plans. Our schedules are set with rotating weekends, guaranteed hours, and the ability to pick up additional shifts and overtime as you choose.
As our Caregiveryou will:
- Help clients with daily living activities
- Redirect challenging behaviors
- Create a stable and safe environment
- Administer medication as needed
- Assist with personal cares or mobility as needed
- Meal preparation

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Passion for client care
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Driver's License with 3 years driving experience
