Job Responsibilities:
Working with children to promote learning and growth with evidence based practices
Implementing a program created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for each child
Ability to teach and communicate well with children with unique needs
Working collaboratively with other specialists (BCBA, OT, SLP)
Updating the supervising BCBA on a consistent basis
Data collection and documentation
Communication with families
Ability to physically play with young children and assist them as needed
Reliable and Punctual
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college preferred, no experience in ABA required
Currently in college with interest in early childhood education, psychology, applied behavior analysis or a related field who are working towards a Bachelor’s degree, will be considered
Experience working with children strongly preferred (teacher, teacher’s aid, preschool teacher, tutor, paraprofessional, babysitter, nanny, etc)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Candidates with an Associate’s Degree and experience with children may be considered

Schedule:
Full-time and Part-time opportunities
Week day schedule (Monday through Friday), weekends may be an option if preferred

Learn about becoming a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
