Provide quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based interventions to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 specialized behavior intervention services in accordance with the goals described in the treatment plan, supporting children and their families in reaching meaningful goals which will impact their daily life.
These services are provided: in home, community settings, and in-office. Positions may vary on location. Some of the cities we provide services are: Chula Vista, San Diego and El Cajon

- Receive paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Receive clinical support/supervision for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certifications.
- Company provides all working materials (toys, electronic devices, didactic material, personal protective equipment).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred).
This may be substituted by:
1. 2 years of experience working with children and 60 college units or
2. High School diploma and be certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or
3. Become an RBT with us by:
- Having a High school diploma
- Completing 40 hours of RBT training (provided by Motiva!)
- Passing the RBT competency assessment
- Passing the RBT examination
- Maintaining RBT credential with the Behavioral Analyst Certification Board
Requirements:
- Valid CPR certification (Infant/Child)
- Pass background/fingerprinting clearance
- Tuberculosis clearance
Bilingual (English and Spanish)

- Reliable means of transportation, valid California driver’s license, car registration and insurance under California’s requirements
Salary:
$20.00 to $24.00 per hour for direct services.
$16.00 admin hours.
*Rate will vary depending on experience, certification (i.e., RBT) and office Location (Starting rate of $18 is offered for those with 60 units of college credit and 2 years working with children).
