Behavior Technician
Duties:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children or adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on autism spectrum disorder.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors.
- Teach functional skills, such as communication, socialization, and self-help skills.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment.
Experience:
- Experience working with children with special needs or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Previous ABA training required
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
- Ability to collect and analyze data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
