No ABA experience is required, we offer an intense, comprehensive, PAID training program. After training, this position will require you to take and pass the national RBT exam. We offer study materials and other support throughout the process.

The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy services to children with developmental delays. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Registered Behavior Technician will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Works 1-1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
Updates working availability in the EMR platform.
Documents services performed in an accurate and complete fashion.
Completes all assigned company training and submits proof and/or documentation as needed to maintain credentialing with payers.
Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
Ensures communication is conducted in a manner which is aligned to HIPAA standards.
Arrives on-time to scheduled services and notifies supervisor(s) of any client changes to preference or schedule.
Notifies leadership of any compliance issues.
Performs other related duties as required.
18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
Minimum 1 year working with children.
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician training and certification.
