Our Elementary Level Summer Learning Adventure Program is designed for our rising 1st - 5th grade students to provide an extra boost for success moving into the upcoming school year. Each week of the 5-week program will be an active and engaging experience centered around a theme for students to explore. Speakers, games, and field trips will be integrated into each week. In addition, students will receive math, literacy, and creative play to support becoming a more confident learner!
Pay rate $32/hr.

Summer School Behavior Intervention Elementary Teacher (K-5) at Jackson Elementary.
Program Information:
Days: Monday - Thursday
Dates: July 8th - August 8th
Student Hours: 7:30 AM - 1:05 PM
Summer programming will be offered for students completing Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. This position will help students develop study and behavior management skills that have been barriers to student success during the school year. This teacher will be tasked with participating in curriculum development and working with multi aged level groups.

- Teaching license issued from state of Minnesota
- Experience creating and implementing Behavior Interventions for elementary aged students
- Understanding of working with at risk and/or struggling learners
- A commitment to student success
- Ability to form relationships with students and families in a short period of time
- Belief system (demonstrated in words and actions) that all students can learn and be successful
- Content expertise in English, Social Studies, Math, and Science
- Great team player
- Flexibility
- Strong communication skills
- Accountability and reliability
