Behavior Certified Behavior Analyst

Duties
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct behavior therapy to individuals.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required or Licensed Mental Health Therapist .
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques or mental health.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $73,226.36 - $88,186.59 per year
