Behavior Analysts work with Residential Care Facilities for Children and Adults as well as school district students. Responsibilities include:
- completing functional behavioral assessments
- developing data collection forms
- analyzing data
- writing interventions and quarterly update reports
- ongoing training of facility and school staff on behavior analytic theory, applied skills, and BIP implementation
- monthly service provision to Level 4 facilities licensed by the state of California
Consultants efficiently manage their calendar to ensure all facilities receive necessary hours monthly as specified in Title 17 and all IEP meetings are attended when needed.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience completing Functional Behavior Assessment and writing Behavior Intervention Plans.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) highly preferred.
Must have effective communication skills, computer with internet access, and reliable transportation. Skills include public relations, problem solving, and working collaboratively with teams.
Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
