Position Summary: This role also functions as the central information hub for the division(s) and often as an ambassador/liaison to division constituents and the school. Helping to keep the division organized and ensure divisions are able to deliver on the mission of ISDenver is critically important.

Monitor, observe and report student behavior according to approved policies and procedures.
Supervise children at all times, ensuring well-being and safety.
Check program equipment and make sure it is safe and adequate before the program starts.
Conducts a progressive, challenging program for youth.
Works productively and consistently with After School Program Supervisor, After School Program Teachers, parent, youth, and community.
Maintains order and procedures during activities; e.g. classroom, gym, playground, etc.
Attends designated orientations and in-services.
Maintain supplies inventory as necessary.
Assist students by providing proper examples, emotional support, a friendly attitude and general guidance.
Maintain attendance records and make sure the children are signed out and released to authorized adult.
Assure the health and safety of students by following health and safety practices and regulations.
Direct group activities of students as assigned; assist in monitoring playground activities as assigned; assist in emergency drills, assemblies, play periods
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
At least one (2) years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Must be computer literate; Examples - database navigation, Google and MS Office applications
English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Level B2 required, C1+ preferred (based on Common European Framework of References for Languages) or equivalent certification such as TOEFL or IETLS.

Eagerness to engage with co-curricular, extra-curricular, school community, and PTO activities that promote the school’s programs and reputation

Location and Schedule: Expected work hours are 7:15-8:15am and/or 3:30pm-5:30pm. This job does not have remote work flexibility.
