Beertender/Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Beer Server to join our team. You must have beer knowledge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with catering events as needed

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong catering knowledge to assist with event planning and execution
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, for order processing
- Experience in cash handling procedures
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.20 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
