We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beertender to join our team. As a Beertender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. ```Duties:```

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide recommendations on beer selections based on customer preferences

- Pour and serve beers with precision and care

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of beer supplies

- Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety regulations

- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring all guest needs are met

```Skills:```

- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong sales skills to promote beer selections and upsell additional products or services

- Familiarity with Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software is preferred

- Basic understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management

- Proficiency in operating a cash register and processing cash transactions

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests

- Strong hospitality skills to create a warm and inviting atmosphere
