BEERTENDER – Denver Beer Company – LOWRY TAPROOM

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Must Have: Hospitality gene
- 1-2 years of taproom, brewery, or brewpub service experience preferred
- Part-Time or Full-Time-Variable Hours
- Punctual, positive attitude, patient, great work ethic, hustle, team player
- Nice to Have: Beer geekiness
- Stamina to be on your feet for up to 5-8 hours and lift some really heavy stuff up to 50 Lbs
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide the highest level of customer service with all guests – creating a Denver Beer Co community of ‘super fans’
- Daily completion of beertender responsibilities including opening and closing duties to maintain an organized, sanitary and safe environment for all
- Dispense knowledge about beer, styles, pouring techniques, glass cleaning, brewing processes, and all things beer related
- Share details, descriptions, and recommendations for our delicious DBC Eats menu items with our guests
- Maintain responsible alcohol service for all guests to maintain a comfortable, safe, and fun environment.
- Engage, promote and help execute internal and external special events as needed
- Perform additional tasks as needed and directed by your manager
