Job Summary:
DeadBeach Brewery is looking to hire a highly motivated and outstanding leader to join the team as a Server at the tavern located at 406 S. Durango in El Paso, Texas 79901. The Server is responsible for working with the tavern team selling local hospitality, excellent service, craft beer and craft food dishes. The server will work for Tavern Manager and will help showcase the DeadBeach Brewery beer and food program.

Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
- Upholds DeadBeach Brewery’s standards and core values
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift more than a minimum of 75lbs
- Be an approachable resource for staff and tavern guests
- Strives to create a positive culture that encourages professionalism, honesty, hospitality, cleanliness and attention to detail
- Ensure consistent high quality for the onsite food and beverage guest experience
- Other duties as assigned
Server Responsibilities
- Facilitate opening and/or closing duties according to standards
- Learn, deeply understand and know our food and beverage menus
- Handles guest experience with pride and joy
- Participates in all areas of tavern cleanliness and organization
- Upholds state health regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Growth & Development Responsibilities
- Actively advocates the on-site experience at DeadBeach Brewery
- Participates in action plans for areas in need of improvement
- Continuously indulges in personal professional growth and knowledge

Job Type: Part-time (20-35 hrs).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $300.00 - $700.00 per week
Expected hours: 30 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
