Whitman Brewing Beertender Position - Job Opportunity

Whitman Brewing is seeking an individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer to join its team as a Beertender. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, not only about our beer, but also about our crafted approach to a guest’s overall experience here at 20 Lake Ave.

Important areas of strength include superior customer service, beer and cocktail knowledge, a positive attitude, the ability to learn quickly, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and the ability to sell and promote products.

We are looking for individuals with two years or more customer service experience. All candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Pouring and serving beer
• Mixing speciality cocktails and drinks
• Having knowledge of our beer and food offerings
• Handling in house and takeout orders
• Selling and promoting beer, food, and merchandise
• Stocking beer coolers
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour

Restaurant type:

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Weekends as needed
