Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information effectively.
- Communicate with clients to understand their beauty needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their preferences and offer appropriate beauty services.
- Perform upselling techniques to promote additional services or products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of various beauty products.
- Handle cash transactions, including basic math calculations and operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.

Skills:
- Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience in front desk operations within a beauty or salon environment.
- Bilingual proficiency to cater to a diverse clientele effectively.
- Knowledge of cosmetology practices and beauty treatments.
- Ability to upsell services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Proficient in conducting product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy using a POS system.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.38 - $22.13 per hour
