Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the beauty counter
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing beauty products based on their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate and apply beauty products to clients, offering advice on proper usage and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty counter, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked beauty counter
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
