Beaumont - Program Manager

Salary starting at $46,000.

Beaumont Area

Texas HCS is hiring a full-time Regional Program Manager in the Beaumont area to oversee all overall operations and services provided in 5 small local HCS group homes ("Home and Community-Based Services" Medicaid waiver program serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities) and other adults residing in their own homes with family members or a foster parent. 

Shift: Monday - Friday     Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Program Manager Duties include:

• Regulatory compliance with HCS certification principles (regulations)
• Personnel management in coordination with corporate Executive Management team
• Supervision of Direct Care and Professional staff
• Monitoring of specialized documentation generated by all program staff
• Adherence to budgets as outlined by Executive Management team
• Oversight of physical plant and maintenance
• Serves as liaison to regulatory authorities
• Responsible for ongoing communication with Executive Management team
• On-call duties and flexible schedule to address emergencies
• Other duties, as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Texas Driver's License
• Clear Background Check
• Clear DMV Check
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of Education
• No confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled person
• No history of Medicaid fraud.
• Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (group home experience preferred)
• Experience in supervising group homes (and caregiver staff)
• Strong communication and team-participation skills; friendly, positive attitude.
• General computer skills (not necessarily expert); be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
