Beach Ambassador (Seasonal)

Would you like to welcome guests to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island? We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Beach Ambassadors. As a Beach Ambassador, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for friendly people to create a one of kind experience for our residents and visitors.

Duties include:

• Welcoming of residents and tourists;
• Assist with beach wheelchair distribution;
• Engage in pleasant conversation with visitors;
• Provide directions and respond to requests for information;
• Promote bus, trolley and shuttle services and website information.

Position Details:

• Dates of assignment: May 25, 2024 - September 1, 2024
• Rate of Pay: $17 per hour
• Schedule: Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 8:00am to 4:00pm (with 30 minute break)
• Reports to: Beach Operations Program Manager

Candidates must possess:

• Strong communication skills and customer experience;
• Enthusiasm to share what an amazing place Hilton Head Island is.

This is a temporary position and not eligible for benefits.
