Responsibilities and Duties:
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers.
- Excellent work environment.
- Must have a positive attitude & willing to learn the business.
- Punctuality is a must.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
- Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
- Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
- Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a call center environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to evaluate processes and procedures for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Basic computer skills.
Education:
- Degree preferred, but equivalent experience with High school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
