Position Overview:

Courtesy Jeep, a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a BDC Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for generating business for the service and sales department, managing incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of automotive service processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to send emails, texts to leads, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficient with notes and record-keeping.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
