Our BDC Manager will be responsible for handling incoming & outgoing sales phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
Strong internet marketing skills are recommended
Job duties include:
- Following up with customer requests, answering and making sales calls & emails.
- Setting and following up on all appointments made or missed
- Staying current on all product knowledge
Job specifications:
- Experience with automotive CRM’s
- Basic Computer knowledge is required
- This is a full time position
