Are you a passionate and dedicated BCBA seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity? Look no further! Sunflower Development Center is currently seeking a talented and motivated BCBA to join our team. Position: Part-Time BCBA
Schedule: Flex Schedule (Availability between 8:00 am -12:00 pm, Monday through Friday)
Type: Home-based, in-person only, not remote
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
- Provide services to clients in both home-based and center-based settings.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports.
- Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in the field of ABA.
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification and state license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the principles and techniques of ABA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work manage time effectively.
- Experience working with children ages 3-12.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
