Job Title/Position: BCBA Clinical Director

Job Description Summary
Constellation Kids is seeking a full-time BCBA Clinical Director for our new ABA clinic being built in Lynn. We are looking for a passionate on-site leader to direct and develop the clinical and operational services in our ABA center supporting children diagnosed with autism.
As the Clinical Director, you will build a collaborative team of motivated professionals determined to ensure that clients receive best in class programming to reach their highest possible potential, create a positive and effective culture, and drive both clinical and financial outcomes.
Position Qualifications
- Must hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification and MA LABA.
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a clinic setting including managing BCBAs.
- Able to be in-person at the center during normal hours of operation.
- Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of BCBAs, behavior technicians, and RBTs to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families.
- Support recruitment and training efforts of BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs.
- Monitor all clinical and operational components of ABA center.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to ensure the clinic meets occupancy goals.
- Proactively review scheduled and completed BCBA and BT hours and address concerns / conflicts to ensure billed hour targets are met.
- As required, review BCBA treatment plans for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
- Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in accordance with insurance payor contracting and credentialing.
