Our Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) enjoy some excellent benefits:
- $62 - $70 per hour
- M-F School Hours (vary per district)
- Part Time hours with potential increase

As a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
- design and direct the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan which is individualized to each student.
- oversee all aspects of clinical programming for assigned district
- work with the treatment team while maintaining direct contact with the child and school administration.
- provide assessments, program designs, and monitoring of treatment goals.
- provide clinical documentation on treatment plan goals and behavioral progress.
- Assist with tasks as assigned by district administration
A few must-haves for Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA):
- master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work)
- valid professional license or certification, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role
- strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- familiarity with behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
