Our Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) enjoy some excellent benefits:
  • $62 - $70 per hour
  • M-F School Hours (vary per district)
    • Part Time hours with potential increase

As a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
  • design and direct the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan which is individualized to each student.
  • oversee all aspects of clinical programming for assigned district
  • work with the treatment team while maintaining direct contact with the child and school administration.
  • provide assessments, program designs, and monitoring of treatment goals.
  • provide clinical documentation on treatment plan goals and behavioral progress.
  • Assist with tasks as assigned by district administration

A few must-haves for Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA):
  • master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work)
  • valid professional license or certification, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role
  • strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • familiarity with behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
