Job Description:
Director of Fundraising
The role of Director of Fundraising is critical to the success of any nonprofit organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising plan, managing and leading a team of Fundraising professionals, collaborating with community leaders, agency leadership and the CEO, and monitoring and analyzing fundraising data.
Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and management skills, a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, experience with fundraising software and donor databases, a deep commitment to the organization's mission and values, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and flexibility and adaptability.
